We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to join our UK team and help shape the future of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in all things design, working closely with our team of designers, stakeholders, and engineers to create a compelling user experience for our B2B products.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to understand project goals and requirements.
  • Conduct user research to gather insights that inform the design process.
  • Fine-tune UI elements to ensure a polished and cohesive look across all digital products.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure successful design implementation.
  • Participate in design validation through usability testing and incorporate user feedback into iterative design improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying them to your design work.

What You’ll Need:

  • Applicants must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK
  • 3-5 years of experience in product design, focusing on UX/UI.
  • Degree in design or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with an emphasis on detail-oriented UI design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
